  1. The Risedale location was like the county dump. Just filth and broken crap thrown in every direction and corner. No help or guidance for employees. It was like a waiting room of zombies, just people staring off into space and shuffling around in circles. I feared for my safety and left after 3 minutes.

  2. The Roseville location was complete trash. There was crap thrown all over the store in every corner. The people were shuffling around like mine was zombies not even speaking of looking up. I fear for my safety after only three minutes left, without really even saying anything. Just piles of dirty clothes broken toys, and appliances with half of their pieces missing.

  3. This bins store is the worst. Staff is rude and careless. The shoppers are aggressive and confrontational.

I only bought 2 things and when I asked for one to be bagged separate because it was a breakable I was told “This is Goodwill” I guess even the employees so no value in the items being sold.

    I wont return!

  4. The Middle River Location is NOT REALLY a “bin outlet” for those of you looking for bins and a true outlet. They have items on hangers and items are $.99 each for kids and higher for womens and mens. They vary from about $.99 to $3.99 for items so somewhat less than a Goodwill but definitely higher than a bin store.

  5. The outlet stores receive direct donations and these go out with some nice things in them mixed with the things that didn’t sell at local goodwill stores. (Some of which is junk, but some of which is fine until the careless, greedy (usually foreign) shoppers throw things around. The Hispanic and African/Islander population is overall very aggressive and rude. I’ve watched them break things deliberately and they never tend to their unruly children. The staff repeatedly asks that they do, but they don’t listen. The staff at the Kenwood location has always been polite and accommodating to me. If you give them attitude, however, you will not make friends. Other shoppers there regularly speak to me and are congenial. The clothes are not laundered at ANY Goodwill, so I don’t understand this complaint. It pays to take a pair of gloves if you are squeamish. I have found some great things here, but do watch your purse, and cart. I’ve had good items just stolen from my cart. There are good weeks and bad ones. I suspect if you go every day, then you see the same stuff frequently. However, I tend to get there once a week or less, so the change over is adequate. I’ve never noted anyone acting like a zombie and suspect that the two reviews with nearly identical wording are just one jerk who didn’t get what they want so they have to badmouth the store. Outlets where you pay per pound are no frills, so complaining about the trashiness or lack of organization is just stupid. If you want garments on racks, go pay more than $1.69 per pound for them somewhere else. My vote for the Kenwood outlet is that they have nice staff and customers except a few bad apples. And they almost NEVER leave donations outside to get wet and mildew like the Linthicum store, which not only has this as a frequent problem, but also has almost NOTHING in their bins.
